Ping! An idea  popped into my head  I could be president. I went outside  to tell this  crowd I could be president! Then the crowd erupted with laughter. I had this feeling that felt like sadness, the rest of the day I just lied there on my bed. When I woke up my dad said who cares what other people say. I felt a lot better because of what my dad said, everyone voted Luke but I didn’t give up the next year I participated in almost every event for people to vote for me then I got 300 votes and Luke got 299 votes. I screamed Yes!!!!!!!!!! It finally happened I was president.
