Boom went the thunder storm outside the car shop, we had to evacuate. We drove and drove until saw the storm ended. We went back to our business to see if everything was alright. But all we saw was a bunch of cars in the water. It was devastating for us to see this. All our hard work gone forever. 5 weeks later no help from the government or anyone. Just left there to rot in the dust. We were just living. Then on the 5 October 1956 they saw us and helped. They pulled the cars from the ground and fixed the store. And we opened and a lot had seen the story.
